The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and then of the rental contract, together with compliance with legal accounting obligations.
No advertising trackers
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses no Google Analytics, no social-network pixel, no ad network. No consent banner is therefore needed — because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google.
Who else has access
- o2switch (France) — hosting for the site and the email
- No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes
- No transfer outside the European Union
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of or portability of your data, and object to its processing. One address only: contact@domaine-francillon.fr. We reply within a month.
If you disagree with how we handle it, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
